Customer Complaint Process

Please call or email billing@wimactel.com to submit your complaint to WiMacTel. If you email, an agent will contact you to review and resolve any issues you have regarding our services. If the agent is not able to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction, it will be escalated to our manager for further action. If all attempts by WiMacTel to address the complaint cannot bring it to a closure, the customer has the option to contact CCTS as per the instructions on the right.

Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS)

CCTS is an independent agency whose mandate is to resolve complaints of consumers about their telecom and TV services, and complaints of small business customers about their telecom services, free of charge. If you have a complaint about your telephone, wireless, internet or TV service, you must first try to resolve it directly with your service provider. If you have done so and have been unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, CCTS may be able to help you.

Commission des plaintes relatives aux services de télécom-télévision (CPRST)

Le CPRST est un organisme indépendant dont le mandat consiste à régler gratuitement les plaintes des consommateurs au sujet de leurs services de télécommunication et de télévision, ainsi que les plaintes des clients des petites entreprises concernant leurs services de télécommunication. Si vous avez une plainte concernant votre service téléphonique, sans fil, Internet ou TV, vous devez d’abord essayer de le résoudre directement auprès de votre fournisseur de services. Si vous l’avez fait et que vous n’avez pas réussi à trouver une solution satisfaisante, le CPRST pourrait vous aider.
